We are nestled in a village and civil parish in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It’s secluded and tranquil with lots of areas to explore both in the countryside and on the coast. It’s a perfect location for exploring the coastal resort of Withernsea and its lighthouse museum approx. 4 miles away. It has some great beaches and rural country lanes making it an ideal location for walkers, cyclists and horse riders.
Another short drive away and worthy of a visit is the evocative landscape of Spurn National Nature Reserve, one of Yorkshire Wildlife Trust’s most iconic nature reserves. Take a stroll on the beach and you might be lucky and spot a seal. It’s very popular for bird watchers. Whether you go by foot, bike or aboard a Spurn Safari, visiting is always an adventure.
If entertainment is what you are looking for then Hull has 3 theatre’s and also the Bonus arena, all of which have lots of choice be it music, concerts, plays or even West End shows, it’s all happening in Hull. There’s are a number of Cinema’s and even the ice skating rink if you fancy getting active.
